☀️🐶🐱 SUN CANCER AWARENESS 🐱🐶☀️

Just like us, our pets can suffer from sun damage and skin cancers, especially those with white or lightly pigmented skin and thin-haired areas such as the ears and nose.

Keep your pets protected by providing plenty of shade, avoiding the hottest part of the day and speaking with your vet if you notice new lumps, sores, scabs or changes to the skin.

🐱🐱🐱 Three fluffy patients, one very busy day! 😍

We had three gorgeous Norwegian Forest Cats in at Total Care Vets today for their desexing procedures! 🐾❤️

Big cats, big personalities and LOTS of fluff! 😂 They were all very well cared for by our team and are now ready for their new homes.

🐍🌸 SPRING IS HERE — AND SO ARE THE SNAKES! 🌸🐍

As the weather warms up, snakes become more active and start moving around again. Keep a close eye on your pets, especially around long grass, sheds and areas where snakes may hide.

If you suspect your pet has been bitten, seek veterinary attention immediately — snake bites can be life-threatening, even when there are no obvious signs at first.
