I have two fur babies of my own: Hazel, a very cheeky lab x cavalier x poodle, and Luna, a beautiful black labrador. I've been working with Pauline Gill and Peter Levett at Tapua Labrador Retrievers for years now and it became clear to me that sometimes people need a little extra help when caring for their four-legged friends, especially those involved in breeding and showing as they often have to

travel and it can be hard to find someone they can trust to look after their dogs and cats while they're away. If you're in this situation and live within NSW, give me a call I'm happy to travel! I also offer local services in the Cowra area such as dog walking and basic pet sitting.

Today I gave a chicken a bath. She’s an old girl who has been struggling to keep her vent clean and has slowed down. So a warm bath soak, a bit of a gentle scrub to get rid of all the dried p**p out of her feathers and some time in the sun to relax and dry out was in order. Now asleep on a chair in the sun on this glorious first day of Spring ❤️

This beautiful Labrador at the ripe old age of 13.5 years old went to her final rest today. Her name was Pippa and she was so well loved. Before she became the companion of my parents, she made some beautiful babies who have gone on to have extraordinary lives as service dogs through Tapua Labrador Retrievers under the guidance of Pauline Gill and then she retired to a life of leisure. She has been at my mum’s side for many years now, helping her as she looked after my dad and then as she grieved his loss. She had a penchant for eating socks and did the most giant poos you ever saw! I was sad I couldn’t be with them in person today as I am away for work, but I was there through FaceTime and Pauline was there to offer support and physical help. Thank you to Kellie Launders and CowraVetCentre for your help and support of my mum and Pippa today. Rest easy old girl, we’ll never forget you x 🌈

I know, I haven’t been posting much, I’ve had a few things going on and it just dropped off the priority list. I’ve been working a lot, don’t worry! But I’m back in Byng, it’s freezing, and I’ve been reunited with my bestie Fatima and I just had to post her gorgeous face! She’s still the queen of cuddles!
