☔️ A SMALL CHANGE FOR WINTER ❄️

As the mornings get a little cooler, we’ve noticed that very few customers visit during the first half hour of the day. To better match our customers’ shopping habits, we’ll be making a slight adjustment to our opening hours from next week.

🕘 From now on, we’ll be opening at 9:00am Mon-Sat.

Don’t worry — you’ll still find the same friendly service, quality products, and local advice you’ve come to expect from the Sandersons team.

🌱 Winter care for house plants

House plants can take on extra significance in winter when we’re inside spending more time with them. Be aware, though, that indoor plants need special care during the cooler months.
Watch out for heated rooms, as most indoor plants are jungle dwellers in nature and hate too much dry air. Moist-spray plants regularly, or place a container of water near them to release humidity. Or move to in heated, well-lit rooms.
It is normal for plant growth to slow in winter, so reduce fertilising and watering.

We have just had a massive restock of our WE THE WILD range. Honestly, this stuff is some kind of witchy magic!

OUR BARE-ROOTED STOCK HAS ARRIVED!

Winter is the perfect time to plant deciduous trees so they can settle in before the warmer weather. Our bare-rooted trees available at this time are sold with their roots in a bag with sawdust or minimal dirt making them a great economical choice for planting.
