Ever wondered how your logo goes from a digital image to embroidery?
It’s not quite as simple as uploading your logo to our embroidery machines and pressing GO!
Before we can stitch your logo onto clothing, caps or workwear, your digital logo needs to be professionally digitised into a specialised embroidery file.
Our digitiser carefully recreates your logo, telling the embroidery machine:
🪡 Where each stitch needs to go
🪡 What direction the stitches should run
🪡 What type of stitches to use
🪡 When to change thread colours
🪡 The correct stitch density and underlay
This process is called digitising, and it plays a huge part in how good your finished embroidery looks.
Once your embroidery file is created, we load it onto our machines, select your thread colours and bring your logo to life — one stitch at a time!
Your embroidery file is then kept on file with us, ready to use again for your future orders.
