🐾 Help us find Pearl her forever home 🤍

A few months ago, we shared a video about a very special girl named Pearl, who came into our care after her beloved owner unexpectedly fell ill and was admitted to hospital.

Sadly, Pearl’s owner has since passed away, and this beautiful girl now finds herself looking for a new home. 💔

Pearl has been staying with us at The Drovers Rest, where we’ve had the pleasure of getting to know just how special she really is.

Pearl is an ex-racing Greyhound with the most beautiful, gentle and loving personality. She has so much love to give and deserves nothing less than a wonderful home where she can be loved and cherished for the rest of her days. 🤍

🐾 A little about Pearl:

* 4.5 years old
* Ex-racing Greyhound
* Fully vaccinated and desexed
* Incredibly sweet, gentle and affectionate
* Best suited to a home without other dogs or cats
* Free to a loving, suitable home

After everything Pearl has been through, our biggest wish is to see her settled into a beautiful home with someone who will love her just as much as her previous owner did.

Please, please share this post. Even if you can’t offer Pearl a home yourself, sharing her story might help us reach the person who can. 🏡❤️

If you think you could give Pearl the home she deserves, please get in touch with us at The Drovers Rest.

Let’s find this beautiful girl her happy ending. 🤍🐾

🐶🐾 2 Female Kelpie x Staffy/Mastiff Girls Looking for the Right Home 🐾🐶

We have two beautiful female Kelpie x Staffy/Mastiff girls, Ash & Nova, looking for a new home together. ❤️

These girls are very active, energetic and playful. They absolutely love playing ball, going for runs and having plenty of room to burn off their energy. They have grown up on a property and have had a very quiet, sheltered upbringing.

Because of this, they have had very minimal exposure to the outside world and very little socialisation away from the property. They have also had very little formal training, so they will need someone who is patient, confident and willing to put the time into teaching them the basics and helping them experience new things.

🩷 Ash

Ash is the cuddly one! She loves pats, cuddles and attention and is very affectionate with her people. She is also very food motivated, which should make training and teaching her new things a little easier. She loves getting out, playing and being active but can also be a little shy at first.

💜 Nova

Nova is a little different — she has very little interest in treats and would much rather be rewarded with a game of fetch and a ball. She is energetic, playful and loves having something to do.

🐾 Both girls absolutely LOVE bones!

They are not currently desexed.

These girls would suit someone with plenty of time, space and experience with active dogs. A property or large secure yard would be ideal, along with someone who enjoys getting out and about with their dogs.

They have so much potential and, with the right person, patience and consistent training, could become fantastic companions. ❤️

🏡 Looking for a loving, committed home
🎾 Both love playing ball
🏃‍♀️ Love running and being active
🦴 Both love bones
🩷 Ash loves cuddles, pats & food
💜 Nova prefers ball play over treats
🌿 Property raised
🎓 Minimal training/socialisation
✂️ Not desexed

Please only enquire if you understand that they will need ongoing training, patience and socialisation. They deserve someone who is prepared to give them the time and guidance they need ❤️
