Early morning start @ Geelong Obedience Club this morning to steward at their Tricks trial. I had never had any experience with tricks before so it was wonderful to see how it all works. May even give it a try with the girls. Had a wonderful day.

Zuko x Lacey.
Pip and I had our first Intro to Scentwork class last week.
She has a strong food drive and took to nose work very quickly. She's at the age where she's going through her fear stage and is a little wary of strangers. Apart from a few times getting distracted I was very pleased with the way she coped.

Kirrah and I had another big weekend @ KCC Park attending the White Swiss Shepherd Obedience and Triple Rally trial.
This time we tried our hand at Rally Novice. This was a first for me as a handler. I haven't entered a Rally trial before so it was a good learning experience.
Kirrah did wonderfully and once again proved you can teach an old dog new tricks.
She managed 3 passes and obtained her Rally Novice title. With scores of 93/100 (4th place) 98/100 (1st place) and 99/100 (3rd place)
I'm super proud of her.
