Did you know we offer free reptile handling after our thrilling reptile shows, held at 10:30am and 1:00pm?

Following each show, you have the opportunity to get hands-on with our reptiles. Our experienced keepers will be on hand to guide you in safe and informative interactions with these amazing creatures. Touch, hold, and learn about their biology, behavior, and role in our ecosystem.

You may even get to meet our American Alligator, Louie! 🐊

“Blink and you’ll miss it…” 👀🦎

Caught our Komodo Dragon mid-blink here at Snakes Downunder Reptile Park & Zoo 💚📸

Even the world’s largest living lizard needs to blink sometimes! With his head held high and keeping a close eye on everything happening around him, this incredible reptile was enjoying a calm moment before getting back to business.

Komodo Dragons are powerful, intelligent predators and one of the most fascinating species you can see up close here at the park!

With heavy hearts we share the passing of our beloved Koala, Matilda.

She was one of the most recognised & cherished members of our zoo family, she touched the hearts of guests, staff & volunteers alike. Even at 26 years old she still had lots of sass & really was the Queen of our Koala enclosure.

Matilda will be missed by us all. 💗

We thank all our visitors over the years for the love shown to Matilda & invite everyone to share their memories & photos as we celebrate a remarkable life 🍃
