Hey there all you may know me from previous posts my name is Kaitlyn I do barefoot trimming and work on various horses no matter if it’s one or four I travel to do trims and am always happy to work on the horses others don’t want to work on I work with many horses on a regular basis and this includes foals and untouched/ behavioural horses aswell
My rates are
$50 per horse
$25 travel fee, for further then 30mins
$30 behavioural fee
(no this doesn’t mean if you horses if having an off day and being a little bit fidgety and moving around I won’t charge for that this is only if your horse is trying to kick me in the head and being aggressive and you don’t tell me before hand that they have these issues I’m open to working on different issues with horses but you have to tell me what I’m dealing with)

I my name is Kaitlyn I’ve worked with horses since I was a young girl and have poured my life into learning about the care management and welfare of horses I’ve trained my own horses for years and have tough many horses to stand well for their feet being done I trained my riding three year old horse to stand for the farrier from five months and now he is a statue for getting his feet done I have worked with abused horses and helped them there to trust again and have found great joy in working with horses professionally I am starting up my bare foot trimming business as this is what I want to do with my life as it’s something that makes me happy to give people peace of mind that their horses aren’t just another job to me but an individual with their own feelings and thoughts on everything I’m doing when I work with them.

I build a case with every horse I work on from the minute I meet you and your horse I work with them differently based on their past experiences with previous farriers or just life experience and learn all their behaviours and quirks.

I don’t ask much just that your honest about your horse yourself and any issues you worries you may have I’m honest and will work with all kinds of horses and equine 🐴💜
