Did you know some everyday foods can be harmful or even deadly to your furry friend?
Hereโs a list of 15 foods to avoid and why:
โ Alcohol: Even small amounts can cause vomiting, diarrhea, difficulty breathing, and potentially fatal poisoning.
โ Avocado: Contains persin, which can lead to vomiting and diarrhea in dogs.
โ Chocolate:Theobromine and caffeine in chocolate can cause heart issues, tremors, and seizures.
โ Grapes & Raisins: Can lead to sudden kidney failure, even in small amounts.
โ Onions & Garlic:Damage red blood cells, leading to anemia and weakness.
โ Macadamia Nuts: Can cause tremors, vomiting, and even paralysis in severe cases.
โ Raw Dough: Expands in the stomach and produces alcohol, leading to bloating and poisoning.
โ Cherries: The pits contain cyanide and can cause respiratory failure.
โ Coffee & Caffeine: Can cause restlessness, rapid heart rate, and seizures.
โ Cinnamon: Can irritate the mouth and cause low blood sugar and liver problems.
