Amelia joins The Foreshore Vet as our receptionist and administrative Coordinator, providing day-to-day office and operational support. 👩🏼‍💻

With a background in disability and mental health support, Amelia is passionate about providing quality care to both people and animals. She’s always happy to lend a helping hand and is often the friendly face keeping everything ticking along behind the scenes.

Originally from Mudgee, Amelia moved to Canberra in early 2026 and brings with her 3 years of experience as a veterinary administrator.

She’s also a proud cat mum to Wanda and has a huge soft spot for rescue cats – especially her own foster fail, Wanda, who completely stole her heart. 🐈

The Foreshore Vet is excited to welcome Dr Rob to the team. 👨🏽‍⚕️

With 22 years of veterinary experience, Dr Rob is relocating from Albury to Canberra with his family and brings a wealth of knowledge to the clinic. He enjoys all aspects of general practice, with a special interest in pain management and acupuncture. 🫶🏻

The Foreshore Vet now offers dedicated pain management consultations with Dr Rob, using a multimodal approach tailored to pets living with chronic pain conditions. Treatment plans may include medications, weight management, mobility support, rehabilitation strategies, supplements, and acupuncture. 💉

Appointments are now available. 🗓️

☕ 10:00am – Meet at The Dock (time to grab a coffee from )
🐶 10:30am – Dog walk along the lake
🦷 11:30am – Dog dental checks by The Foreshore Vet (small donation)
