Hi all, We sadly cannot take any more rabbit rescues or surrenders as we are at capasity.
With very few people wishing to adopt over the Christmas holiday season due to holidays away very few rabbits are finding new homes.
With that said please contact RSPCA or AWL as they have more space and newer and up to date facilities the public donations have paid for.
It’s their duty of care to assist you as large organisations unlike our current one person organisation, that’s me.
So sadly I cannot accept any further rabbit rescues until further notice.

Christmas and school holiday rabbit boarding bookings currently being taken.
We also now board Guinea Pigs and pet cage birds in indoor fully air conditioned pens, hutches and birds in their own cages.
$18 per day per rabbit
12. per day per Guinea pig cage
10. per day per Rat cage
14. per day per bird cage
All pellet food, water, fresh fruit and Veg supplied.

Bunny boarding bookings for the next school holidays and Christmas are now open.
Please book ASAP to avoid disappointment.
Pens are fully fitted out with feeders, litter trays, pet beds, water bowls and a change of toys daily. Smaller hutches are for mini rabbits and guinea pigs.
Pellets, hay, fresh fruit and veggies provided daily.
$16pdpr winter
$18pdpr from 1st Nov
Stays over 2 weeks receive 5% discount

Hi all I am still not taking any surrenders as David is still in recovery after heart surgery and I am stretched to the limit here at the sanctuary with rabbits and all our rescue wildlife needing 24/7 care.
We still have bunnies for adoption they are all boys and dwarf lops in care currently and all 110. Adoption fee to cover desexing, worming and vaccination.
1 black
1 blue
1 choc and white harlequin markings.
Between 10 months and 2 years of age. Blue and black are real snuggle buns thebother needs tlc.
They are at the sanctuary in Cambrai.
The other buns in care are currently in revovery from desexing or waiting on desexing.
Sadly I cannot share pics as camera full but will try on the weekend.

Due to family reasons SA Rabbit Rescue & Adoptions will not be taking surrendered rabbits for the next 8 weeks, bringing us back to normal in October.

Hi to all our lovely followers. We have had our long awaited holiday before David’s surgery in July. Mental health and a break from the 24/7 duties required of a rescue / shelter.
I am now in the process of doing a big clean up and renno of the Rabbitry and will retrieve the remaining fosters back once finished by beginning of July.
We should be back to normal with maybe a few time outs as Hubby needs me during his recovery.
Surrenders, Adoption and holiday boarding will resume in July as previously advised.
If you require rabbit boarding for the next school holidays please book ASAP as these places fill quickly.
