🚨🚨 TICK PARALYSIS WARNING 🚨🚨

Tick season is in full swing and we’ve already seen multiple cases this week alone, some unfortunately with devastating outcomes.

Symptoms to watch out for:

• Wobbliness and weakness in the hind legs.

• A change in their bark or meow

• Drooling, vomiting, gagging or any difficulty breathing.

If you notice these signs, seek veterinary care immediately!

Please check your pets daily and make sure their tick prevention is up to date. Options such as the annual Bravecto Quantum injection or Nexgard Spectra can help protect them during tick season. 🐶🐱

Severe tick paralysis cases can require oxygen, intensive monitoring and emergency hospital care with costs reaching tens of thousands of dollars.

⚠️ We know we sound like a broken record talking about tick prevention, but we see the devastating effects of tick paralysis firsthand.
