UPDATE: after hunting through the software app I have found the option where if you've confirmed first reminder 7days prior it shouldn't send you the second reminder 2days prior.

Just a friendly reminder on confirming your appointment.
All reminders are sent a week prior & 2 days prior
Me sending extra remainders does costs text messages we pay for in the software and I don't enjoy bugging and chasing people who haven't confirmed π₯
To make it easier I'll be implementing a extra thing - latest to confirm appointment will be by the night the second reminder is sent out - if we don't get confirmation your appointment will be given to another client waiting in the que.
I have added a confirmation deadline to the second confirmation reminder text
(*Please confirm by 6pm tonight or the appointment will be cancelled)
I don't like having to implement harder actions but with 2 young kids I'm already busy as a mum and want to enjoy their time rather than chasing clients down or rushing to fill last minute cancellations.
