Impeccable K9 Impeccable K9 is a dog training business to help build the bond with your K9 stronger Hi, I am Tamika. I was fascinated with how dogs learnt and loved to work.

I am a IMDT Qualified Dog trainer and have a Certificate IV in Animal Behaviour and Training. I started dog training at a young age helping my mum train our german shepherds over the years. I dove more into dog training when I got my first pet retail job and got my first dog, Alexis a working line german shepherd. I soon took interest with her in multiple different training opportunities from obedience, tricks, agility and more. I created Impeccable K9 to help owners build a stronger bond with their fur babies and to help guide owners with training their fur babies into well mannered dogs. Impeccable K9 provides owners with multiple services available to them to be able to give the best training opportunities to their fur babies, from puppy Pre-school, one on one consults for individual tailored training, group classes both in person and via zoom giving clients with dogs that are nervous, or reactive to be in a class an opportunity to join in on the training fun!

I couldn’t be more prouder of these two! Delta has been donating blood since she was one helping other dogs in need! She thinks it is amazing as she gets a big feed afterwards as a reward!

I have always been hesitant with Ammo as I’m particular on shaving him as well as he is always moving and barely ever still, which is a challenge as for them to donate blood they need to be laying on a table very still for a decent amount of time!

Ammo came into work last Wednesday as a trial to see how he would react, we took a small amount of blood to test what blood type he was and to do a full blood work up. He was the bestest boy for it.

We then got him to jump on the table. I gave him the cue to lay on his side. Which he then tried to roll on his back for belly rubs 😂 the vet then laid over his body to stabilize him while the table rises. He didn’t even flinch. The vet did mention he may need anxiety meds to do this to keep him calmer. I said he would be fine. We even then pushed a little further by prepping the area and I held his head so his neck was straight. We attempted his first blood draw and he absolutely crushed it didn’t move at all the whole time! He was just loving mum cuddles!

He even stayed still while the table lowered and he thought it was great that he could get a bowl of food as well.

I now have 4 regular blood donors in my house!
Erza & Frosch - Cats (same blood type from memory)
Delta & Ammo - Dogs (different blood types)

All I have to do is give it ago now
