Our Puppy Starter Class is designed for working breed puppies aged 4–8 months and combines basic obedience with a safe, controlled introduction to sheep.
Whether your pup is destined for a job on the farm or a pet that needs an outlet for their natural instincts, this class is a fantastic foundation for future training.

DIY Sessions available this Monday!
Someone sent us a message through the website, asking if DIY sessions were available this public holiday but there was no contact information for me to reply. I thought I'd share the answer here so everyone can see. While we are closed for 1:1 sessions, DIY sessions ARE available. *DIY Sessions are only available to current clients who have experience working their dogs on our sheep.

Booking for both 1:1 and group sessions is done online with group sessions paid at the time of booking.

It’s back!
After a short break, our Puppy Starter Class is back on the calendar this June.
If you have a working breed puppy between 4–8 months of age, this class is a fantastic place to start. Combining obedience foundations with an introduction to sheep work, our Puppy Starter Class is suitable for both future farm dogs and working breed pets looking to provide valuable mental stimulation.
Working breeds are born with the instinct that they have a job to do, so training them in a way that suits their working dog brain can make such a difference.
No experience needed, just a keen pup and a willingness to learn!
