🐾 ADOPTION POST 📢
Meet Mr. Wilson aka Stray Shed Cat🐾
Mr. Wilson is about 1 year old and was found in an old rural shed — scared, hungry, tired and with badly matted fur and dirt all over his body.
The wonderful team at Moira Shire Animal Management took Mr. Wilson into their care, where he was vet checked, vaccinated and desexed. Sadly, his coat had been so neglected that it was beyond saving so he was shaved too. He still looks so handsome of you ask me!
Look at him now! ❤️
Mr Wilson has healed beautifully from his surgery and is absolutely thriving in foster care.
He may look a little grumpy with that permanent furrowed brow 😂 but don't let his face fool you — this boy is a massive smoocher.
He is affectionate, gentle and sweet, and he's quickly learning all about the good life with humans.
His current résumé includes:
🐾 Expert head nudger ✔️
🐾 Apprentice lap sitter ✔️
🐾 Gentle purrer ✔️
🐾 Professional smoocher ✔️
🐾 Grumpy-looking face that does NOT match his personality ✔️
After a pretty rough start to life, Mr. Wilson is discovering that humans can mean warm beds, full bellies, cuddles and love.
Now he just needs his very own family. ❤️ please contact Moira Shire Council for applications to adopt. 🐾❤️

Happy Birthday to our Tayla! 🎉❤️
She may actually kill us for posting this video 😂 but we couldn’t resist putting together a little compilation of something Tayla spends a lot of her time doing… loving all the animals that come through our doors!
She’s kind, generous, strong, smart, helpful, positive and fiercely loyal. She’s also a MASSIVE overthinker, talks to the animals alot, a little bit bossy 😂 and definitely doesn’t take any s**t!
She’ll give up her own time to help someone else, turn up to work even when she probably should be at home in bed, and somehow keeps finding room in her house for “just one more” rescue cat! 🤦‍♀️😂
But most importantly, she has a huge heart. She’s an amazing mum, a wonderful friend and workmate, and someone we are very lucky to have as part of our little YPR family.
There are a hundred more things I could say about her, but I’d better stop before she kills us twice. 😂
Happy Birthday Tayla. We hope you know just how loved and appreciated you are. ❤️🐾

Behind the Kennel Gate! 🐾
Did you know? Vaccinations are a requirement under the Victorian Code of Practice for boarding kennels — not just us being difficult! 😆
🐶 Dogs need C5
🐱 Cats need F3
A current vaccination certificate must be provided before your pet can board.
If your boarding kennel isn't asking to see vaccination records, I'd be asking questions! 🐾❤️
Keeping every animal staying with us safe and healthy is always the priority.

❤️🐾 Flora has been adopted!!! Thanks to everyone that shared, commented, tagged and talked!
An amazing family of 4 humans and one other beautiful rescue dog have welcomed Flora into their hearts and home. We couldn't be more happy for Flora and her new family! It is a bitter sweet end to our adventures with her and the start of an incredible new love story!
Thankyou everyone! Thankyou to Shepparton Animal Rescue & Rehoming for working tirelessly to save her from a horrible ending. Adopt before shop.
