A little behind-the-scenes reality this week… 🚗

For those who saw my Story earlier this week, I’ve had a pretty major and unexpected setback with my car.

I own and run I Can See Dog Car Seat solo. I personally handle the day-to-day running of the business, from your enquiries, to production scheduling, through to packing and dispatch.

I live on a farm out of town and quite a distance from our Burleigh warehouse, so suddenly being without my own transport has put a bit of a spanner in the works. Getting to and from the warehouse isn’t quite as simple as organising a quick lift or uber, but I’m doing my absolute best to work around it.

I did manage to get a number of orders packed and on their way this week, however there have unfortunately been some delays with both Custom and Ready-to-Ship orders.

I’m slowly working through contacting everyone whose order has been affected and doing everything I can to get the remaining orders on their way as quickly as possible.

I know many of you have already been incredibly patient and understanding this week, and I really do appreciate it. 💙

Fingers crossed things are back to normal very soon. 🤞🐾

Talk about arriving in the nick of time! 🚐🐾

Michelle’s seat for Meeka was dispatched on schedule and making its way over to Perth when it unfortunately hit an unexpected courier delay along the way.

With Michelle and Meeka due to head off on their caravan trip, the timing was getting a little close! As soon as I became aware of the delay, I escalated it with the courier and thankfully they were able to get things moving again quickly.

And... Meeka’s seat arrived the day before they were due to leave! 🙌

Michelle was incredibly patient and understanding while we worked through it, which I really appreciated.

Sometimes things happen in transit that are outside of our control, but we'll always do everything we can from our end to help get things sorted as quickly as possible.

Most importantly, Meeka is now looking very comfortable in the new seat and ready for the caravan adventures ahead! 💙🐾

This week we shipped out Maria’s latest seat and I sent her a little thank you message for coming back to purchase her second seat…

Turns out it was actually her FOURTH! 😂💙

It got me thinking...what’s the record???

We get so many emails and enquiries from customers who have owned their seats for years and are coming back for another, whether it’s for a second car, another pup, a gift, upgrading size or simply adding to their collection.

Finally, Kahlua can see out the window!

I absolutely loved receiving these gorgeous photos from Sam of little Kahlua enjoying her new booster seat. 🐾

Sam told me that Kahlua can now enjoy the view without scratching up the car trying to see out the window... and I'd say that one little ear says she's pretty happy about it! 🥹💙

Lately, I've come across so many posts on Facebook groups, where people are asking for dog booster seat recommendations... and seeing so many of you take the time to recommend us, share your experiences and even upload photos of your pups honestly stops me in my tracks.

As a Australian-made business, word of mouth has always been the heart of what we do for the last 15 years. We only recently started doing a little advertising to introduce ourselves to more people, but it's recommendations like yours that truly keep this business growing.

It's been a while since we've posted the seats that have come out of production. So here is a small selection of dog seats that some lucky pups are now riding in🐾🚙

We've loved seeing everyone's fabric combinations, and have had a lot of special requests lately for different coloured linings 🌈 But we love even more receiving videos and photos of pups enjoying their new seatsseats💙

🐾 They didn't even make it to the car.....

When I opened up this email it absolutely made my day!
