Presented for polyuria, polydipsia, and bilaterally enlarged kidneys on palpation.

Ultrasound images provided include cine loops of the cranial and caudal pole of the left kidney, a longitudinal still image of the left kidney, and an image of the left medial iliac lymph node.

History: Sudden onset of bilateral hind limb paresis. Suspected thromboembolic disease.

Echocardiographic views provided include right parasternal short and long axis cine loops, as well as still images of the left atrium, left ventricle and maximal aortic velocity.

Presented following a several day history of vomiting. Abdominal radiographs were performed and there was a question of mechanical obstruction.

Ultrasound images provided include transverse views of the gastric body, pylorus and a longitudinal view of the proximal duodenum.

History:
The patient presented for work up of a chronic left-sided heart murmur. The patient was clinically well.

Echocardiographic images provided included right parasternal 4 chamber long-axis and right parasternal pulmonary artery short-axis cine loops, along with a still image demonstrating the maximum pulmonary artery velocity.

Signalment: 10 y MN Exotic Shorthair

History:
The patient presented with a chronic history of intermittent vomiting, diarrhoea and weight loss.

The first image provided is a transverse view of the ileum. The second image is a sagittal plane image of the jejunum. Multiple additional small intestinal loops were similarly affected.
