Time to talk payments.
With the government making it illegal for any business to pass on the surcharge on EFT. I would truly appreciate it if you could pay Cash, Direct Bank Transfer or PayID, upon collection. This will avoid another price increase in the future!!
I understand that it may not be possible sometimes to get to the bank. But please make the effort. I can not afford to "absorv" these charges!

With spring upon us thought I would like give you the heads up.
We are fully booked until 20th October. If you are wanting an appointment please contact us and I am happy to pop you on cancellation list. Or try and squeeze you in somewhere.l
Also, we are just about fully booked for December. And November is crazy too.
This is the reason why I ask you to make regular bookings so you dont miss out.

August, 2026, there will be a price increase. I hate doing this to already stretched budgets. I haven't had a price increase for many years (except for adding the GST!). I can no longer absorb the increased costs of electricity, delivery charges and product price increases. I will let you know your new price when you come in. Thanks for understanding. Tracy

Today is bitter-sweet.
As a mum I am super proud of Tegan. How Tegan has worked, learnt and grown as a groomer.
As an employer I am shattered that it is Tegan's last day here. It has been a great ride. Thank you Tegan for always giving 100%! All the best for the future.
