With a new centre brings new services! Seven from Crazy Critterz Training and Pet Services is running a Teenage Rampage Class to kick things off in our beautiful new space.

"Teenage Rampage" is a specialized, 6-week dog training course run by Crazy Critterz Training and Pet Services.

The program is specifically designed as a follow-up step for puppies (typically between 7 to 16 months old) who are navigating their challenging "adolescent" developmental phase.

Target Audience: Older puppies who have graduated from basic puppy school (or missed out) and are fully vaccinated. It is tailored for dogs that have started testing boundaries, ignoring recall, or becoming difficult to manage on walks.

Class Size: Restricted to a maximum of 6 dogs per class to ensure personalized attention.

Structure: A 6-week curriculum where the first week is entirely pup-free (human-only theory/preparation).

Location: Paws & Relax, 257 MacArthur Ave, Northshore (The shed)

Cost: $275 AUD (including GST).

The program uses science-based, force-free positive reinforcement techniques.

Key areas covered include:
Impulse Control: Teaching dogs to manage their excitement and frustration.
Distraction Training: Keeping a dog's focus when surrounded by moving objects, sounds, or other animals.
Loose Lead Walking: Correcting pulling behaviors to make daily walks manageable.
Socialisation & Body Language: Teaching owners how to read canine behavior and managing structured dog-to-dog greetings.
Happy Vet Visits: Building confidence so that entering a clinic remains a positive, stress-free experience.

These dog nerds are having an absolute blast getting into the nitty gritty of our new daycare and grooming programs, and having some fascinating conversations about your fur babies and how we can make their days even better.

A huge thank you to the legends at mickeys.hamilton for keeping us fuelled with delicious catering and plenty of go go juice as we power through our continuous learning.

Well Hercules Street, today is our final day of daycare in this “temporary” building.
We came into this space as an absolute whirlwind after being displaced from our previous tenancy suddenly, and at the whim of the locals who sourced us this building and helped us get in. That’s something we’ve loved the most about Hercules Street, the locals. We have been embraced and supported and cheered for so heavily along this little street that we could never feel anything other than grateful. A special shoutout to Mickey's Cafe, who have been not just a social hub, but our lifeline on some days. Our existing community from Eagleview place was already so phenomenal and it feels like we gained a whole new family.

This building has honestly been a nightmare for us. Every day was a new challenge and our ego suffered so heavily with our lack of ability to show you our best work (don’t even talk to me about the damn ugly floors). It’s not a chapter we’ll shout about from the rooftops, but it will be a reminder of our resilience and how wonderful our community truly is.
As most of you know I had actually stepped away and had left Paws behind when the move to this building happened, and I have to say, being dragged back in is one of the greatest unplanned decisions I’ve made. Since my return I’ve fallen back in love with my passion for the dog care industry and feel more motivated than ever to create a space that doesn’t just fit the mould of what a daycare should be, it pushes it further. Learn more, do better has always been my motto since 2014, and I can’t wait to show you how much better we can do it.

We’re about to put all of it into a space built for it.
