Winner Winner, indi got some chicken for dinner 🥇

Last weekend Indi chased more plastic bags and took out ANOTHER 1st place in Masters and secured this spot by a count back! The top 3 master dogs all scored 173..

Of course she got 100% on the first count back of ‘how enthusiastic is the dog’ anyone who has seen this girl at the start line can hear how keen she is 😆

We spent the day with our amazing friends who also gained their CH LP titles & placings in their classes 🩷

It must be funny walking past and seeing our little odd group made up of a Swiss, Boston, Irish Terrier & staffies who all mingle and get along great with eachother 🐾

We have another weekend of lure approaching unless she finally decides to start her season as she’s taking her sweet time. It will feel like forever for her when the time comes but it will only be a few weeks until she’s back into sports & hopefully we finally get to do that endurance test we have been training for in the next couple of months. 🙏🏼

Indi got to do her favourite thing today! Chase plastic bag bunnies 🐰

Little does she know she was a winner at the wrong end lol scored her self 17 points 😂 you couldn’t help but laugh watching her do excitement twirls and spins right before the timing gates instead of going through to do them. Somedays they just wanna clown around 😇

What a lovely day we all had yesterday 🌸

It’s hard to believe it’s already been 3 months since my Lion King litter left home, and I was so excited to see a few of the cubs again 🦁

I was so curious to see if they would remember Indi and I… and oh my gosh, the moment they realised was something truly special 🥹

As soon as Lupa (pink girl) sniffed my hand, she knew. The screaming, crying, and pure excitement that came over her absolutely melted my heart.

Togo (black boy) launched straight into my lap for cuddles and covered me in kisses. Once they recognised their mumma, they all went into silly happy puppy mode, face licks, zoomies, happy whines, and so much love.

We were also lucky enough to have their dadda Odin and his owner Glenn come along too. Stud owners don’t often get the opportunity to meet their grand-fur-babies, so it made the day even more special 🌟

It was also awesome chatting with a few people who popped down yesterday who don’t have a Swiss yet but are so eager to welcome one into their family. They got to see all the different coat types, personalities, and just experience the breed up close 🐾

One of my favourite parts was watching all the puppy owners meet and chat for the first time — sharing stories, showing off tricks, comparing personalities, and taking sibling photos together. It was such a wholesome atmosphere.

I honestly couldn’t stop smiling all day. Moments like these make me feel so proud to be part of their journey, not just as their breeder, but as their forever extended family too 💜

Have you been following along with the Lion King litter… and happen to live in Brisbane? 🦁

This Saturday (16/5), you can come and meet some of the lions in person! 🎉

Kiara, Timon (“Batman”) & Pumbaa are now 4 months old and will be joining their Mumma Indi and Dad Odin at the Swiss Shepherd meet-up 🐾

It’s shaping up to be one big Blanclee family reunion, with parents, half siblings, uncles and extended family all coming together again. There’ll also be other Swiss Shepherds attending from different breeders, you may even discover siblings or relatives of your own dogs!

Even if you don’t own a Swiss Shepherd, we’d still love to meet you! Whether you’re thinking about adding one to your family someday or just want some puppy cuddles, come along and say hello 🐶✨

Myself and Claire from Fernthistle- White Swiss Shepherd & Italian Greyhound will both be there for anyone wanting to chat or ask questions about the breed and future litter plans.
