🐾 Summer & Christmas Bookings — A Little Reminder 🐾
First of all, thank you so much for all the support from both our new and long-term clients. ❤️
With summer just around the corner, we’re getting ready for what is always our busiest time of the year, especially leading into Christmas. We’d like to give some of our clients a little reminder to start planning your appointments ahead of time.
If you’ve ever tried to book online and noticed that there are no available appointments, please don’t assume we’re fully booked for everyone.
Some of our clients require specific styling and grooming appointments with Lilac personally, while others have multiple dogs (3 or more) visiting together. These appointments require more time and planning, and availability becomes especially limited during the busy summer season.
For these clients, we strongly recommend keeping your appointments within a 6-week schedule and, ideally, rebooking your next appointment when you pick up your dog. 🐶✂️
This helps us make sure we can maintain your dog’s style consistently and, most importantly, secure your preferred appointment time throughout the busy season.
As we approach Christmas, regularly rebooked clients will naturally have priority for ongoing appointments, while unbooked spaces may need to be offered to other clients.
So if you have a particular style, a regular grooming schedule, or multiple dogs that need to be booked together — please don’t leave it until the last minute! ❤️
