Neighbourhood Farm Growing local produce for the community of Oxley and surrounding suburbs of Brisbane.

Neighbourhood Farm is a small-scale bio-intensive market garden based in Oxley, Brisbane. The farm produces locally grown and sustainable vegetables and herbs which are sold directly to the local community through our roadside shop, along with several local cafes and restaurants around Brisbane.

We've cleaned up the old seedling cage and given it a new home out the front of the farm! If you're interested in nabbing a beautiful bunch of freshly picked Ola Roman flowers or a little tray of mixed seedlings we're going to open it up once a week for sales 1-4pm on Tuesday arvos! 💐🌱

And wouldn't you know it's Tuesday today! See you between 1 and 4 if you're around! 🫶🌞

Absolutely massive two days this week with Roebuck Farm Market Garden and an epic crew of farmers for an intensive market gardening workshop! What a privilege to host Jodi here from NZ to share some streamlined specifics with us all, and what a pleasure to have a chance to meet, catch up and dine with with so many epic growers from here and interstate!

We'll be posting more about what we've learned in our next farm newsletter but in the meantime enjoy a brief snapshot of the times shared. It's events like these that really inspire and motivate us to keep chipping away at our goals for the farm - we'd love to host more workshops like these in the future so if you have any ideas or reccos drop us a line 🫡

Legend from across the ditch Roebuck Farm is coming to the farm NEXT WEEK! He's running a two day market gardening workshop here next Tues & Wed and there's a few tickets left for market gardeners who want to level up their game (us included!).

We're super excited for an info packed couple of days covering a plethora of hands-on practices to improve profitability and efficiency, plus put on some epic farm lunches for everyone 🥗🫜🥬🥦
