One thing I’ve learned over the years is that most dog food, even the good stuff is missing key minerals.

That’s why I’ve always liked the idea of a simple pet minerals powder.

You just sprinkle it over whatever food your dog already eats & it helps fill the nutritional gaps.

I’ve seen the difference it can make in coats, skin, energy, joints & overall wellbeing. I've also found when pets are better nourished, a lot of people find they have fewer little issues popping up.

Why do we you need to mineralize your flock?

In the natural world birds get to feed on many different types of food such as grass seeds, grains, insects and worms. Today many of our poultry are cooped up in small pens and consume a restricted diet. They run in the same pen for months and even years with little ability to access natural minerals.

It is difficult to tell if your poultry is consuming enough minerals in their daily diet. Poultry require all minerals and vitamins except vitamin C to maintain good health. However, many of our feeds do not have the required minerals in them to maintain this health.

Even the grain we buy from the produce store may be lacking in minerals because they are harvested from soils that are aged, weathered and in some cases, mistreated. The soils simply lack some of the essential nutrients our birds and animals need.

Achieving maximum health and performance of poultry requires nutritionally balanced diets. One of the common issues with
regard to backyard flocks relates to inadequate feeding programs that can lead to vitamin and mineral deficiencies in birds.

Minerals are essential for the utilization of vitamins. Unless a formulated ration is fed, it is likely that deficiencies will occur.
Poultry require all known vitamins except vitamin C. Some vitamins are soluble in fats, while others are soluble in water.
