In honour of these fuzzy little bricks, here are our favourite wombat facts:
💖 Their p**p is cube shaped
💖 Their pouches face backwards so they don’t fill them up with dirt when digging (imagine being a joey in there & copping a face full of dirt 😫)
💖 They defend their burrows by blocking the entrance with their glorious thicc bums 🍑
💖 They build back-up burrows in case one is compromised or they need a sudden safe house from predators
💖 They get epic zoomies & it’s the cutest thing EVER!
