With temperatures climbing above 30°C this week, now’s the time to make sure your pets are protected from heat stress 🥵

Heat stress can develop quickly and, if left untreated, may progress to life-threatening heatstroke 👉🏻 so knowing the early signs can make all the difference.

💧 Keep fresh water readily available
🌳 Provide plenty of shade and cool resting areas
🐕 Avoid walks and strenuous exercise during the hottest parts of the day
🚗 Never leave pets unattended in a car

If your pet is showing signs of heat stress, contact your vet promptly. 🩺🐶🐱
