Hi everyone,
Happy New Year! We hope you’re all doing well and that 2026 brings everything you’ve been wishing for.
With a new year comes new beginnings for our family. We’re slowly making a few changes to the structure of our businesses, and we wanted to share this openly with you.
While some things are evolving, one thing remains the same: our commitment to quality. Being professional, detail-oriented, and delivering the best possible service will always be at the heart of what we do.
I’d like to share that Dog’oz will be offering limited appointments, as I’m stepping away from grooming while I work through a recent trauma. I will continue to look after my wonderful regular clients and keep them on schedule where possible 😊
The reason behind this decision is personal. A couple of months ago, I went through a traumatic experience where a large dog jumped and bit my face, missing my eyeball by just a couple millimetres. This incident did not occur during a grooming session, but it deeply affected me. Since then, I’ve been working through anxiety and fear around unfamiliar dogs, especially larger ones. To be completely honest, even my own dogs frightened me for a short while.
After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to shift my focus back to cleaning and laundry services, something I’m genuinely excited to grow again.
✨ Cleaning services will have availability from 1st of March
🧺 Laundry services can be booked from now
If you’ve read this far, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I dream of building something meaningful to one day pass on to my babies, and you are all part of that journey.
Much love,
Laurine 💛
