A little reflection 💫

I want to share something from the heart, because I think many of us feel this way at times.

There are days I doubt myself. Quietly. Wondering if I’m doing enough, if I’m making the right choices, if I’m truly moving forward in the way I hope to, for this beautiful Devon Rex breed we all love so much.

Because this isn’t just about kittens… it’s about passion, purpose, integrity, and an ongoing commitment to do better, learn more, refine, and keep striving toward that vision.
It’s also the hard work behind the scenes… the sleepless nights, the constant care, the decisions no one else sees, and the emotional investment that comes with every step of the journey.

And then every now and again, something comes along that really stays with you.

A message, a conversation, kind words shared at just the right time.
Hearing that someone believes in what you’re doing, and can see the direction you’re working toward, that kind of support means more than words can truly express.

It’s those genuine moments, encouragement from fellow breeders, and the ongoing kindness and feedback from my kitten families that remind me this journey is seen.

To know that others can see the effort, the love, the integrity, and the care that goes into every kitten, it’s something I’ll never take lightly 💫

And it also made me reflect on something simple.

There are so many breeders out there doing a beautiful job, quietly putting in the work and doing their best for the breed.
Kindness, support, and integrity matter in every part of this journey, and a few genuine words can go a long way, often more than we realise.

One sweet angel… and one tiny wrinkle monster 😂

Tokina’s babies are 4 weeks old and their personalities are starting to shine.

Our little boy already has the sweetest, most gentle face. He just looks like pure love in kitten form.

And his sister… well… she’s currently in her adorably wrinkly stage and honestly looks a bit like a tiny bulldog puppy right now. But that’s part of the Devon Rex magic — they often start out extra crinkly before they grow into those beautiful, elegant alien-cat features.

For now she’s just our little wrinkle bean, and we are completely obsessed.

It’s always so special receiving updates and seeing how our little ones are thriving in their homes. Bali is looking absolutely beautiful and is very loved. 🤍
