Today marks the very first day in our new premises at Brighton Veterinary Services.

You can now find us at 174 Main Road Brighton, right next to the chemist.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank everyone who has helped make this possible. To my family, friends, staff, clients, and everyone who has shown patience and support throughout this journey - your encouragement, time and commitment have meant more than words can say.

This has been a significant venture and it couldn't have been done without the support of so many wonderful people.

The new clinic is complimented by the staff and I am incredibly proud to have such a dedicated, caring and hard working team.

I am looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together in this exciting new chapter.

We all look forward to welcoming you into the new building on your next visit.

We are operating as normal from our new location as of today.

The dog wash will remain at the old clinic for now and operate as normal. I will update any changes to this in the future.

Hi all

Apologies for short notice but we will closed today Friday 10th July from 1pm.

Please note we will also be closed all of Tuesday 14th July due to moving premises.

Saturday 11th and Monday 13th July we will be open as normal at 643 Briggs Road Brighton.

Our first day at new clinic will be Wednesday 15th July at 174 Main Road Brighton (next to chemist) as normal.

I will update about the new premises closer to the time.

🐣 Easter Closure Notice 🐣

As the Easter break approaches, I’d like to let our clients know that Brighton Veterinary Services will be closed from Friday 3rd April through to Monday 6th April (inclusive).
We will reopen on Tuesday as per normal hours.

If your pet requires urgent care during this time, please contact Animal Emergency Services on 1300 302 912.

Happy New Year to everyone.

I would like to advise of a change to our opening hours.

The clinic will now be closed on Saturday 3rd Jan 2026 despite earlier information suggesting otherwise.

Hi All

The Christmas holiday period is fast approaching as we all know.

Please note our opening hours below during the holiday season...

Wednesday 24th Dec - Closed
Thursday 25th Dec - Christmas Day
Friday 26th Dec - Boxing Day
Saturday 27th Dec - Closed

We will be open on Monday 29th December 2025 as per normal but closed for New Years Day on the 1st Jan 2026.

If you are going to need medications during this time can you please make sure they have been ordered by Friday 19th Dec and collected before close of business on Tuesday 23rd December 2025.
