Hard to capture how beautiful the driveway trees are looking at the moment, they are all turning lipstick red at the moment. Such a pleasure walking down the driveway. 🩷

Everyday for the past 2 weeks I pick a bowl of blackberries off the arbor on my way back frm putting the chickens to bed I reckon I will get the same for at least another 2 weeks minimum. So tasty. Currently freezing them for shakes. But will come up with more ideas. I did use them in the Christmas trifle.

Four hours on the lawnmower yesterday, very happy with my efforts, it is nice to see that we still have some green grounds, that was due to the 94ml of rain we had last week.
One note to self is make sure I wear my hat now that summer is on the way. I got a bit burnt yesterday.
