A Quick Apology & Update 💗
I’d like to apologise to anyone who has been waiting for a reply from me recently.
The lack of communication has been a little bizarre, and it appears that some of my outgoing messages and replies through the Facebook business app haven’t been reaching clients as they should.
I’ve recently started going back through older messages and have discovered a few conversations that Facebook seems to have been hiding or holding against me!
If you’ve contacted me about a saddle fitting and are still waiting to hear back, please send me another message. And don’t be afraid to contact me another way — you can always reach me by phone, text or email if Facebook isn’t playing nicely.
If you haven’t received a response from me within 2 days, please reach out again. I’m never intentionally ignoring a message, and I’d much rather you follow up than think I haven’t got back to you!
