𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑾𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 💦💧
Continuing on with our diving into understanding the healing power of water, lets move from the water we drink to appreciating the power of the water in our and our animals bodies. What we know about the water in our bodies is that it doesn't just float around freely but is attached and lays between cells, connective tissue, organs etc in such a way that water in the body is often termed "𝙨𝒕𝙧𝒖𝙘𝒕𝙪𝒓𝙚𝒅 𝒘𝙖𝒕𝙚𝒓".

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲 , 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘂𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆? 🧐

The more organised the water is within our bodies then our cells communicate more easily; nutrients move more efficiently; tissues stay hydrated and flexible and just these three things are pretty important when it comes to our animals being healthy and mobile. ✅

Movement and tissue health are key influences on our internal water - yes good quality water that is ingested and keeping our bodies hydrated is important - but how water behaves once it’s inside the body is strongly influenced by movement.🚶

When animals are confined, sedentary or always stressed and bracing their bodies then the fluid in tissues can become more stagnant, and communication between cells may become less efficient. This then shows up as stiffness, reduced flexibility , slower recovery from performance sports, and even subtle changes in behaviour or overall energy. 🤓

When the body moves, stretches and loads tissue, it shifts fluids, hydrates tissues, creates tiny electrical signals (bioelectricity) and thereby helps water stay more organised around cells. The more organised the better! ✅

• regular free movement (not just controlled exercise)
• opportunities to stretch, roll, play - "free wheeling " is what I call it
• varied terrain for dogs on long loose leashes ~different cat poles and environments for cats to explore
• turnout and grazing for horses that are regularly stabled.

So just remember .... “𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬, 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐣𝐨𝐛.”🙏❤

I received this text message from one of my clients a few weeks ago and she has been very obliging in allowing me to share on this page. This is a story of an empowered pet guardian and a true testament to Gucci's mom, who weaved her knowledge of homeopathy, her belief in the power of intention and her capacity to achieve a heart to heart coherence with her dog to make the decisions she needed to make. So have a read and say hello to Mr Gucci! 😉🐾

And yes, Mr Gucci continues to enjoy life as this post is shared.

Not all stories have endings like this. My role was just to offer that little bit of guidance and to foster the wisdom that Rayanne had within herself. She was not vested in the outcome, but held to the belief that Gucci would "show" her where his journey was to go. Homeopathy can be a beautiful adjunct to that process - it invites the body, mind and spirit through energetic resonance to facilitate its own healing journey whether on this plane or another. It takes enormous courage and fortitude to "witness" a process - by that I mean to be present, compassionate, to do what needs to be done, but to also be able to respectfully work in partnership with an unwell animal and not feel bound to our cultures expectations about death, dying and how that should unfold. Our animals show us many lessons as part of our collective journey, if we chose to listen. Gucci continues on , as clearly he has more to share!

My sincere gratitude to Rayanne, Gucci and family for sharing this story. 😇🥰 The pic of Gucci is him now enjoying life to the full!

Sophie is having her weekly treatment to help ease her arthritis.

As part of the treatment that I offer, I like to use the tuning fork at the end of the session after Gua sha, Bowen theraphy and low level Laser therapy.

Keep an eye on Sophie's face, as the vibration of the tunning fork gently works in her body.

Tunning forks helps to reduce inflammation and release tension.

She lets me know by blinking her eyes and eventually laying down ready for her deep relaxation.

🚨Red and near-infrared light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, has been studied for its ability to support healing at the cellular level. Research in animal models shows that specific light wavelengths can help calm inflammatory signaling, improve collagen organization in injured tendons, support cartilage health in osteoarthritis, and stimulate growth factors involved in bone repair. These effects are linked to mitochondrial function, helping cells produce the energy needed for repair and regeneration. In several studies, early tissue-level changes were observed within the first 1–2 weeks of consistent use.

⏰ Today at 12pm EST, Dr. Ron Riegel and Jackie Jolie join us to discuss how red light therapy offers a gentle, non-invasive way to support comfort, mobility, and recovery in dogs and cats, especially for aging pets, arthritis, injuries, or post-surgical healing. Join us in the Inside Scoop for the conversation and a chance to win a red light therapy device valued at $295 USD. 🐾✨
