It was a pleasure to co-deliver two snake education workshops for Woodlea Estate community alongside Tameeka from Greater Bendigo Snake Control
A big thank you to Woodlea for inviting us to be part of a proactive and community-minded initiative. Creating space for open conversations about snakes helps build understanding, reduce fear, and empowers residents with practical knowledge.
As our urban areas continue to grow, so does our shared space with native wildlife. Learning how to safely and respectfully co-exist with snakes is not only important for community safety, but also crucial for protecting our local ecosystems.
Grateful to have been involved in such a positive and engaged session!
