After each and every guest departs the hotel, we wash… and wash, and wash and do some more washing… (alongside the cleaning) 🧼
We don’t just spot clean, we physically wash all the soft furnishings your cat sits on, sleeps on, bakes their biscuits on, and nests within, including cushion covers, mats and blankets. This is good practice, but it’s also one of the reasons our guests go home healthy, happy and content!
If it can’t be washed, it’s time stamped with an expiry date (like our jute rugs and floor mats)… and donated, recycled or completely repurposed.
This pile of washing, while not visibly soiled, still requires a double wash before the next guests arrive. This ensures our biosecurity standards remain high, scents are kept to a minimum and the environment feels squeaky clean and new for each and every guest!
