Hey guys.
I'm quite bummed that I have to post about this but lately I've been experiencing a huge amount of unreliability.
Just a reminder that I have policies in place to protect my small business and therefore my livelihood.
It is important to me to create a safe and positive atmosphere for your dog and to do this I need respectful paw parents.
My confirmation text is sent out 72 hours and a reminder 24 hours, please put your bookings in your personal calender.
These are my policies and if you don't agree with them or believe that I don't deserve my time respected, I encourage you to seek out another groomer.
For those that have been nothing but kind to me and reliable, please know that I appreciate it.
