Twice a year, during New York's famous "Manhattanhenge" event, the setting sun lines up perfectly behind One World Trade Center — and from the right spot in New Jersey with a long lens, the Statue of Liberty stands directly in the foreground.
The result is this — Lady Liberty's torch appearing to ignite a beam of sunlight that blazes straight down from the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
