One month in and I can honestly say moving to Port Macquarie was one of the best decisions I’ve made. 🩷

I’ve loved getting to know the local dog community and meeting so many dogs and their humans.

If we’ve worked together already, thank you for trusting me. If we haven’t yet, I’d love to help you and your dog too.

Freedom should be earned, not assumed.

Giving your puppy too much access around your home, might be what’s making your puppy journey harder.

If your puppy is toileting inside, destroying shoes, getting under your feet in the kitchen, chasing the cat and other menace behaviours, it could be due to giving them free range of the house.

Puppies do really well with structure and boundaries. It tells them exactly what’s expected.

Plus if you let them loose you can’t really get mad when they chew your favourite shoes 🤷‍♀️

If you’re struggling, some easy ways to create boundaries are using crates/puppy pens, baby gates and the tie up exercise.
