🐾 A LITTLE REMINDER FROM YOUR BARK N BUBBLEZ FAMILY 🐾

Good afternoon, Bark N Bubblez family ❤️

Unfortunately, today we’ve had one of our trailers break down, which has meant having to cancel a whole day of appointments.

We had organised an electrician to come out and repair the trailer, but unfortunately, they didn’t arrive when they said they would and we were left in a position where we had no choice but to reschedule our clients.

Please understand that this was completely out of our control. These are situations we never plan for, nor do we ever want to be in.

I completely understand that you organise your schedules around your furbabies’ appointments, just as we organise our days around caring for them. We know how important these appointments are to you, and we never take your time or your trust in us for granted. ❤️

But sometimes, despite our very best efforts, life throws us a curveball.

We do everything we possibly can to get your furbabies back in as soon as possible and minimise any inconvenience. I personally push myself even when I’m unwell because I hate letting my clients down, and that’s how much I care about the service we provide.

However, we are only human, and some things are simply beyond our control.

What I ask is that when these unexpected situations happen, you please show a little understanding and empathy towards both myself and Christina. Having appointments cancelled is frustrating, and we absolutely understand that. But taking that frustration out on us or choosing to cancel your ongoing bookings because of circumstances we couldn’t prevent is incredibly disheartening, especially when we are doing everything we can to make things right.

We love what we do, we love caring for your furbabies, and we work incredibly hard to keep everyone happy.

We will always do our best for you and your furbabies, and all we ask in return is a little patience, understanding and kindness when things don’t go to plan. 🐶❤️

Thank you to the clients who continue to support us, trust us and understand that sometimes things happen that are simply out of our hands.

We appreciate every single one of you and your beautiful furbabies more than you know. 🐾

🌞 Afternoon, Bark n Bubblez family! 🐾💗

I hope you’ve all been enjoying this beautiful weather we’ve been having! ☀️

Just a quick little update for everyone! 🐶✨

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sending out appointment reminders a little earlier than usual to confirm your upcoming bookings for November and December. This is to give everyone plenty of notice and help us keep everything running smoothly during our busiest time of the year. 💕

As you’re all aware, we get incredibly busy with grooms, and I’m now fully booked for grooming appointments for the rest of the year! 🐩✂️

The good news is that we can still fit in some wash appointments with our lovely Christina, so if your fur baby is just needing a freshen-up, there may still be an opportunity to get them in. 🛁🐾

Thank you all so much for your continued support, loyalty and love. We truly appreciate every single one of you and your beautiful fur babies! ❤️

I am SO happy to officially introduce Christina to the Bark N Bubblez team! 🐾🫧

She is honestly exactly what I’ve been looking for — kind, courteous, absolutely loves the pups, loves what she does, and is just such a happy, beautiful person to have around. 🥰

Day four of this week is still not feeling better. I am still fighting being sick however I am still working. I am wearing a mask around people

Unfortunately, the downside of being a business owner and being really busy is that you have no one to cover and no spare days to reschedule

I am doing the best. I can to make sure that your fur babies are not missing out on their appointments.

If it gets to a point where it’s too much for me and I need to cancel, I ask that you be understanding
