We are super proud of one of our favs Jay Jay as he took on and beat the older horses last night at Bendigo in the Alderbaran Park trot, recording a new personal best time of 1.58.3. He book ended his mini 5 run campaign with wins at Cranbourne and last night, with no luck in the races between, where he either got knocked over or pulled out one of his party tricks. We are beyond proud of our little fire cracker Ollie ‘Orlando Veyron’ bringing up our first 2yo trotting win for 2026 in the inaugural Kindergarten series final at Bendigo last night. It’s always extra special when they are homebred, and this little guy is no exception. A big thanks to Mark and Courtney from Goodtime Racing for his great education and his driver Jodi Quinlan for taking great care of him. He’s got more tricks up his sleeve than a clown at a kids party, but Jay brought up his first win for the season at Cranbourne Harness Racing Club last night. There were lots of kisses for Raven at midnight last night as she made the late, cold and wet conditions worth it. She still has a bit to learn, but she gives her best every time, and that’s all we can really ask of her. Evolution Lodge

All the love for Illuminate Me ‘Belle’ as she brought up her first win at Geelong on Friday night. Yes it’s unusual that we have a pacer, and her brother Carmy Dan was actually our last one, but she was one of the last horses dad and I bred together, so she’s a bit special. 2026 finally kicked off on Sunday night when Alderbaran Axl broke through for his first win at Cranbourne. It was also Lauren Abela’s first win as an owner, which made it all the more memorable. Go Axl 💛💙❤️

Kenny sums up how we all feel! It’s been another big year at Evolution Lodge where we took the operation to another level. We were lucky enough to host some of the best trotters and pacers in the southern hemisphere, boasting more than 70 group one wins between them..

We were also lucky enough to have our own home grown success with Jay Jay bringing us our first group one victory.

Our team would like to thank all of the amazing owners and trainers who have entrusted us with their amazing horses, and we are very proud to be a small part of their journey. We wish everyone an amazing new year filled with lots of success and happiness.

We were thrilled to see one of our favorite boys Distant Sun finish his NSW working holiday a winner at Penrith Raceway yesterday. A big thanks to Blake Fitzpatrick and the team for taking great care of Joey and Raven for their NSW campaign.

All the love for our little pocket rocket Sky as she brought up her third straight win last night at Ararat. She had to do it the hard way from close to last after settling but as always, our megastar driver Chris Alford put her into the race at the right time to score. Aldebaran Park

We were very proud of our little pocket rocket Sky who made it back to back wins as she took on the older horses to win at Shepparton last night. Also a special mention for one of our other little 3YO fillies Raven 🐦‍⬛ who went within a head margin of giving us our first intra state double. Aldebaran Park
