LLENOVA DOWNS FLINDERS “FLYNN”
8yo (rising 9), approx. 17hh Australian Warmblood gelding. By Baunehojens Diamond Dancer, out of Rushwood’s Aliyana (S.P. Cantango).
I have owned and produced Flynn for approximately four years. He is a talented competition horse with proven results at CCN1* eventing and 110cm showjumping.
His 2026 season includes 1st at Aberdeen Smythesdale Open Grade 1, 3rd at Friends of Woady CCN1 and 5th at Wandin Park CCN1**, with clear jumping across both showjumping and cross country at all three events.
Flynn is a quality, athletic horse with genuine ability across all three phases.
He is currently being offered out of work due to my full-time work commitments and is priced realistically at $15,000 accordingly. I am not currently riding him and ridden trials are not available.
Genuine buyers are very welcome to come and meet, view and handle him.
If Flynn does not sell in his current out-of-work condition, I will bring him back into work when time allows and his price will increase accordingly.

ABOUT FLYNN
Dressage: Flynn is a dressage-bred Australian Warmblood working around Novice level, with established leg yield, shoulder-in, rein back and lateral work. He has three quality paces and has produced competitive dressage scores at 1* level.
Showjumping: Careful and bold, with competition experience to 110cm and consistent clear rounds throughout his recent eventing season.
Cross Country: This has been a particularly strong phase for Flynn. I have found him bold, genuine and reliable across country, and he is proven at 1* level.
Bitting: I ride him in a snaffle across all three phases.
At Competitions: Flynn settles well at competitions, travels well and is happy going out alone or in company.
Handling: Good to wash, travel and handle generally. He can occasionally take a little patience to catch and is best held for the farrier.
Health & Management: During the approximately four years I have owned him, Flynn has had no known significant injury or ongoing health concerns and has required no regular medication or special maintenance.
RIDER SUITABILITY
Flynn is a talented, sensitive competition horse and is best suited to an experienced and confident rider.
He benefits from regular, consistent work. As part of my normal routine, I give him a short lunge before I ride, which has worked very well for us.
As he is currently out of work, his new rider should be experienced and comfortable bringing a competition horse back into work appropriately, or have professional support available.
He is not suitable for a beginner or nervous/inexperienced rider.
I have primarily used Flynn for arena schooling, jumping and competition rather than trail riding.

REASON FOR SALE
This is a genuine sale due to me moving into full-time work and simply no longer having the time required to keep Flynn in the regular, consistent work that suits him best.
I have owned him for approximately four years and he has given me some fantastic results and experiences. He has proven himself at 1* level, consistently jumped clear across both jumping phases and has plenty of ability for an experienced rider to continue developing.
Due to my work commitments, I will not be riding Flynn at viewings and prospective buyers will not be riding him here. He is being offered for sale in his current out-of-work condition, and I have extensive recent competition and schooling footage available for genuinely interested buyers.
He has been priced realistically at $15,000 to reflect his current out-of-work status and my circumstances. If he does not sell and I bring him back into regular work, the price will increase accordingly.
