So after some tough decisions I’ve made my choice on what is staying here and what is available. Decisions weren’t easy as one litter in particular had several close relatives out in detection jobs. So I currently have available females and males. Please PM for more details.

This was a big deal 10years ago. No one at the time thought of using a dog for hawkweed detection. Since then Steve and Ryan have gone on to produce many “firsts” including water leak detection dogs

So these guys have been spoken for at least once over the last month or so. The liver girls have had homes lined up twice in some cases. Then when it comes to the crunch people disappear. I understand that circumstances do change but please let me know. Also talk to your spouse/partner first before contacting me. Getting a dog is a joint decision and should be carefully thought through.

So young Tilly entered Australia with some stowaways. Prior to her leaving New Zealand she was mated with NZ FCH Mallowdale Game of BorderReiver (Charlie). These pups predigree is full of British championship winners, place getters and their offspring. At this stage there will be a gold boy available.

Sebbi, one of Lord Howe’s first detection dogs, has officially retired after eight years of protecting our island from invasive pests 🐾.

Pictured here are the next generation of hardworking dogs continuing this vital role.

Welcome to Australia Tilly. This girl has some serious blood behind her including her sire UK FTCH Mallowdale Xfactor who won the 2015 British championship. Bred in NZ by Andrew Whitehead and Rachel Dellar. Massive thank you to Andrew at Border Reirver Gundogs for the opportunity. She is already making herself at home. Hopefully we will have some more news soon with Tilly!
