Is your pets breath a little pungent? Or maybe Dr Eden noticed some dental plaque or tartar build up during their last consultation? Book in for a dental scale and polish under anaesthetic at our day surgery any Tuesday during June to take advantage of the set fee of $559 per animal regardless of the dental grade! 🦷🪥

Introducing Lilly! 👩🏼‍⚕️🩺🐾

Many of you have already met Lilly in our new day surgery. Lilly is our new Veterinary Assistant, who is a fantastic help on our surgery days. She has been working at the clinic since February this year. You may have also seen her out on the road with Dr Eden assisting with house consults.

Lilly is a competent horse woman and has competed at a national and state level in campdrafting and stock horse showing. She is currently studying a double certificate in “Veterinary Assistant and Animal Welfare”, with hopes to then complete her vet nursing certification through TAFE.

Favourite horse breed: stock horse.
Favourite dog breed: cattle dog.
Favourite surgery: castrates.

We are going on holidays! Highlands Mobile Vet will be closed from Friday 24th April until Monday 4th May while we take a well earned break!

If your pets need any long term medications during this period please get your online medication orders in by Monday 20th April to ensure we can get them to you before we go! We expect the weeks before and after we go to fill up quick, so if you need an appointment around this period, let us know sooner rather than later so we can fit you in!

How’s this for a before and after?! ✨ Frankie had a significant build up of plaque and tartar, along with moderate gingivitis along her gum lines. After a dental scale and polish she could now be the Colgate toothpaste cover girl! Thankfully all of her teeth underneath were still viable, otherwise if it had of been left untreated she may have needed tooth extractions 🦷🪥 As part of our opening month promotion she also got her ears cleaned, nails clipped and a**l glands expressed while under the general anaesthetic..a new woman! 🌷
