I’m Simone, the owner and senior groomer, and I’m passionate about treating your furry friends with the care, compassion, and expertise they deserve. What started as a hobby has grown into a business I truly love. With over 15 years of grooming experience, my journey with animals began during my 10 years as a vet nurse, where I dev

eloped a deep understanding of animal care. I’m now expanding my knowledge by studying dog dermatology, which helps me address and understand your dog’s skin concerns to keep them comfortable and healthy. I specialize in working with dogs that have a hard time being groomed. I’m patient and take the time to figure out their triggers, creating a safe, stress-free environment where they feel at ease. My goal is to make every grooming experience as positive and comfortable as possible for your pooch. I also love educating owners on the best ways to care for and maintain their pets’ coats between grooming appointments. If you ever have questions or need advice, please don’t hesitate to ask—I’m here to help! Hey Peeps and Pooches,
Just a quick shout out to let you all know that Linda and my self have been sick with a nasty chest infection ( we are no longer contagious) however both still not 100% and apparently this can take weeks to come good from.
So I ask that everyone have some patience with us getting through your pets in the next 2-3 weeks.
This coming week back I may need to reschedule some dogs as It may end up with only one of us working but I’ll keep you all posted with private messages..
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, we will do our best to keep pushing through!

Today was a hard day.. we came into work and I had a message to say one of our beautiful clients pet (Miss Pheobie) had passed away over the weekend then a few hours later I received another message to say another beautiful boy (Mr Wally Bear) has also passed over the weekend.. To say we are devastated, heartbroken is one thing but I can’t tell you all enough how on one hand we absolutely love this job we get to see your fur babies every month for years. We watch them go through their ups and downs, give them the extra cuddles and kisses when they need them and just like they have good and bad days so do we and they repay us 10 fold with giving us extra love and kisses. Groomers form a massive bond with your pets.
I’ve been lucky enough to have these two since they were babies, and I know ppl say yeah that’s life, but their life’s matter to us too, the hurt we feel for your pets is huge. I have hardly stopped crying all day today and probably will for the next week, months and years, it never gets
easier..
I needed you all to know this, that we love and treasure every moment we spend with your fur kids..
Thank you to my beautiful clients today whom saw us in tears and some whom even
Shed a few tears with us, brought us flowers and candles to burn in memory of two fur kids they didn’t even know.. We appreciate each and everyone of you and your fur babies.. 💔🐾🌈😢
