Ember and Penny had their very first grooming session with us today—and they were both absolute stars!
These two cuties came in for our Deluxe Full Groom, and they handled it like pros. It was such a pleasure pampering them, and they left looking (and smelling!) fabulous.

We can’t wait to see them again!

Teddy’s First Grooming Session! ✂️🐶

Teddy came in for his very first groom today, and he was an absolute star! ⭐️ He was so patient and sweet, and he handled the whole process like a pro. We gave him a nice tidy-up, and now he’s looking extra fluffy and adorable! 🥰

It was such a pleasure having this little guy in the salon—we can’t wait to see him again for his next spa day! 💙

Exciting News!

After over 20 years of grooming (and a fair few grey hairs to prove it!), I’ve moved back to Alligator Creek after four wonderful years in Moranbah. A huge thank you to all the amazing pups (and their owners) I had the pleasure of grooming there—it was truly a joy!

I’m excited to announce that as of Tuesday, 4th March 2025, I’ll be offering salon-based grooming at 16 Borgs Road, Alligator Creek (please note, I am no longer mobile).

Going forward, I’ll be grooming dogs up to 15kg, so if your pup fits the bill, I’d love to see them!

The Bureau of Meteorology says extreme conditions are forecast for areas between Mackay and Townsville and into the Central Highlands for the remainder of the week.

Here at Purple Paw Pet Care we like to allow your furry friend to be pamper without restraints. This is Mayah the Mareema, she doesn’t like to sit on the table and feels more comfortable on the floor, as you can see blow dry time is fun for her.

Narla and Hugo have been getting hydro bathed by us for quite a while now, they’ve both got getting into the bath done pat. Narla needs a little treat, but Hugo just gets in. Love these two 💕

The big girl got a tub yesterday, using the Salty Captain Range from the local The Bah Bait and Tackle looking pretty spiffy!! All ready to make your furry friends spiffy too. Just remember we are local to moranbah and we carry a range of doggie products and other animal needs.
