Absolutely appalled to watch this footage, the poor dog must have been so scared. Dogs in groomers care need patience, love, and safety. This is why some dog grooms take longer than others, putting the dogs welfare first and not rushing the groom. Glad Bob the dog is ok and not hurt. 💜 🐾

Footage obtained by 7NEWS appears to show a four-year-old maltese-shih tzu being struck during a grooming appointment, prompting an RSPCA investigation.
