 If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
 If you cancel your appointment on the day of the appointment or are not available you will be required to pay the full cost of the grooming fee.
 Payment for services is required on the same day of your appointment. There are no exceptions.
 Please arrive at your allocated appointment time and collect your dog when asked.

My apologies again to my regular clients that I'm unable to work at the moment. Lauren and her team have been able to do most clients but is only able to work one more day for me. I'll know in the next week or so when I'm back at it. Please wait for your text reminder or check first before you come for your groom. Thanks again for your patience 💖

The salon will then be closed until 4th June. Please look online for any available spots. ****

I have found a lovely groomer who is helping me for the next few weeks. To keep the lovely girls busy .....

The following spots are available:

Monday 27/4: 2:30
Wednesday 29/4: at 2pm
Thursday 7/5: 1230, 1:30 2:30
Thursday 14/5 2pm
Sunday 21/5 at 1230

Please let me know if you would like one of these spots. I am on holiday and the salon will be closed from 20-25th May then 29/5- 2/6 so get in now for your winter tidy up!

Well it's all on at Soapy Pooches. Turns out the hand I thought was just bruised is actually broken in a couple of places. I have contacted a few clients and will contact more of you today after I have a splint fitted and an idea of healing time. I am chatting with a couple of local groomers, one of which can work from my salon so I will be in touch with my customers asap. Thanks for your support guys!
