Soapy Pooches Dog Grooming

05/10/2026

Morning! Just a reminder my last day is November 6th. I have a few appointments in October available for that last groom!

This lovely home has an open home tomorrow. I have been living in and working from this home for over 6 years. My salon will be empty from November 7. It was wired up by Razor Electrical & Air Conditioners Contractors Lic Number 85438 with many power points and has withstood many storms. Its been a joy to work from. If you don't need this cute workspace it would be easy enough to dismantle it and turn it into another driveway.

The 3 bedroom house upstairs has been extensively renovated throughout and looks amazing! My wee 2 bedroom flat downstairs is also nice, it gets a lot of sun and is very comfortable.

Give Shanna or Jake a call.

My last day with Soapy Pooches Dog Grooming will be Saturday 7th November. If you have a groom booked the following two weeks after this date and would like it sooner, please let me know and I will bring it forward. I have several names of groomers who are taking on new clients and am happy to pass them onto you. I suggest you book now with your next groomer as we are entering the busy period. Thanks guys.

Evening all. I have spoken to a lot of you as you bring your doggies for grooming, so for those I haven't had the chance to talk to....

Soapy Pooches will be closing later in the year as I head into retirement. The property I work from is on the market. This is a good opportunity for me to call it quits. I am also experiencing ongoing health issues which make the decision easier. I cant say when it will sell but I am guessing it will be gone by November.

As soon as I have a date I will advise everyone. I wont be taking on any new clients and remind you all that we are heading into the busy season so get in quick for your next and final groom! I have names of local groomers that I can refer you to.

I have really enjoyed my years of grooming and will miss the doggies and of course their owners so much
