Had this handsome boy Ody in for the first time.
Little bit nervous but did exceptionally well working in the desensitisation of water and blow dryer. Managed to get everything done on him and looking incredible.

Atlas in for a much needed deshed and undercoat removal, few bits of matting but thankfully it was holding onto dead hair and came out really easily.

After 3 years my streak has come to an end. A 1 star google review.
Not to get to deep into it but they messaged me monday saying they weren't satisfied with their groom, no worries I want everyone happy so offered a free groom but they declined they requested a partial refund but their appointment was a month ago.
Now they're claiming they don't trust my ability to groom their dog anymore which I've done for 2.5 years and now a 1 star review which to be honest bit hurtful this business is my baby, my pride.

Long story short I am not perfect I make mistakes, I thrive for perfection every booking, but its also up to you the owner to let me know if theirs something you're not happy with I will fix it on the spot I want everyone leaving happy. Your groom session isn't over until your in the car and gone I dont mind if someone's waiting for their groom to start we have time to perfect it.

Now more than ever if you're a long time customer I would love to hear from your and if you're still happy with the work I do. Reviews help me the most. Comment or message me about your individual experiences. You guys matter to me the most and you and your dogs experience is paramount.

Hey all, Unfortunately I have to move house.
I'll be looking for a rental I've got about 4 months to move but can move from now.
Hopefully won't have to move too far

Obviously I run my business from home too and have 2 dogs so will need to be pet friendly

Also have a son, girlfriend and her daughter also
We both have jobs and are self employed.
