Sadly I had to fairwell 2 of my favorite clients in the last couple of weeks. Abby and Shelley I’ve know since they were puppies. Both well into their teens and visited every 4-6 weeks. I miss them and their mums already 💔

I cannot believe I’m having to make this post so early into the year. Your appointment times are your responsibility to attend correctly. I absolutely WILL NOT turn my day upside down to get to work early because you double booked yourself. Most of you are amazing and book the year in advance and let me know with heaps of notice if there are any problems. I also understand that sometimes things change last minute. What I will not tolerate is being messaged at 930pm about a 9am appointment and then emotionally blackmailed for not dropping everything to attend the business 15 minutes early when I live 45 mins away from campbelltown and have young children and dogs of my own to care for in the morning. Please understand I am 1 person. If you can’t make your appointment then you will be charged a cancellation fee as set out in my text reminders and emailed salon document. See everyone soon ❤️

I will be closed 24th/25th/26th and 31st/1st definitely but other than that my availability will be Monday/ Tuesday at Elizabeth Vale, Wednesday/ Thursday/ Friday at Poochie Clean in Campbelltown.

It’s been a crazy couple of weeks. My poodle babies have been moving to their new homes, school holidays and lots of dogs to groom. Iggy got to meet his new baby sister and my baby boy Arnie returned after a short absence. 1 more day this week of work then dog shows all weekend ❤️
