Mollycoddle Stitchery is just myself, Kirsty, running this small business with a passion for creativity, animals and sewing. Following measurements (given by the customer after viewing the ‘how to measure’ guidelines on the business page) and decision on fabric design, a deposit will be required for confirmation of your order. Once receipt of deposit is received, Mollycoddle Stitchery will commence hand making the garment. If for any reason the customer has a change of mind or has given incorrect measurements following the deposit, Mollycoddle Stitchery will not be liable to provide a refund as each garment is made to measure. Once the garment has been made and the order is complete, Mollycoddle Stitchery will endeavour to ensure a seamless pick-up, delivery or postage service. Please note, Mollycoddle Stitchery cannot be responsible for any delays, damage or package being lost as a result of Australia Post. On receipt of the garment, if for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the fit, colour/material or feel of the garment and it is not deemed to be faulty, Mollycoddle Stitchery is not liable for any returns or alterations. However; Mollycoddle Stitchery is happy to discuss any issues or concerns with the customer with the aim of reaching an appropriate resolution. Mollycoddle Stitchery garments are designed for a well-made fit. If however additional alterations are requested after providing measurements, Mollycoddle Stitchery is happy to discuss queries or changes. Photos will be requested for any alterations or changes.
