Earlier today at approx. 11.15 as we were on Victor Harbor Road going south we noticed a dead kitty on the side of the road. It was just before the roadworks where one lane is closed. It was impossible to stop right away as we would have blocked the only remaining lane, but we picked the kitty up on the way back about 30 minutes later and took it to the Southern Animal Hospital in Morphett Vale for identification. Unfortunately they couldn’t detect a microchip.

Other than the injuries as a result of being hit by a car (most likely scenario in that location) the cat appeared to be in good condition. Although there’s a possibility that it may have been a stray, it’s also likely that it’s got a loving home and someone might be looking for him/her.

I found this little cutie at approx 9.30am in Happy Valley on the footpath behind the Forest Place retirement village. She has no collar. I’ve taken her to the Chandlers Hill Vet. Please ring them directly if she’s yours.

I’ve just found this bunny in the front yard of a house on Roger Road, Morphett Vale. It doesn’t belong to the residents of that house. I’ve dropped it off at Reynella Vet Clinic on South Road (near KFC). If anyone is looking for their missing bunny please contact them on 08 8382 3700.
